My Karaca Coffee Machine Broke - Warranty Run-Around Frustration

On June 10, 2023, I purchased a branded coffee machine with invoice number TRL2023000000719. It broke down before I could even use it 10 times, and for months I've been trying to find someone to address this issue. I called Karaca customer service and took the machine to a Karaca service center, only to be told I needed to ship it using a cargo code. When I tried to obtain this code online, I was unsuccessful.
I was then informed that because I purchased the machine through Trendyol, I had to follow a different procedure. If you can't stand behind your brand, why allow sales through these channels? In these tough economic times, I won't let my money go to waste and will exercise my consumer rights to the fullest extent.
I can't access the cargo code. You need to contact me. Why should I have to dedicate every day to resolving this? Nothing I've bought from Karaca has made me happy; in fact, everything has turned out terribly. This time, I won't remain silent.
