My Espresso S10 Machine Still Does Not Work Properly



I bought the Karaca Espresso S10 machine in January and was only able to use it for one month. Over the past five months, it’s been sent to service three times. Each time, they claim there's nothing wrong, but the machine continues to malfunction. The back water compartment arrived loose, and scratches have formed while opening the lid. This brand-new machine now looks like it's been used for three years. Despite repeatedly stating that I no longer want service and instead want a refund, they sent it back saying the milk container had a crack and was repaired—but it still doesn't froth at all. I've tried all the containers, and I have no idea how they justify sending it back in this condition. I'm tired of dealing with shipping it back and forth. I want a full refund.
There has been no response yet, I also spoke on the phone and they created a new request, so I am waiting. Meanwhile, the water plate is cracked. I accidentally wrote 'loose' instead, and I couldn't correct it... I'm really fed up, I hope a solution is found soon 😓
