Pusulabet Games Keep Refreshing When I Am About to Win

I have been using Pusulabet for about a month and in this short period I have already lost around 4,000–5,000 TL. My main complaint is that the site clearly intervenes in almost every game. Whenever the game starts to pay out and I am about to make a profit, the page suddenly refreshes and the course of the game completely changes, and it never returns to how it was before. This situation is not occasional; I experience it in almost every game and I am really exhausted from it. I find it unacceptable that while the game is going well and I am about to win, the page is refreshed and the game starts to go badly immediately afterwards. In my opinion, this is not “bad luck” but an intervention in the game and it makes me feel like I am being openly made to lose and mocked. Because of these constant interventions, I no longer trust the fairness of the games on the site. I have contacted Pusulabet live support and customer service about this, but they simply respond that there is no intervention and that everything is due to “chance”. This explanation is not convincing at all, given the frequency and pattern of what I experience. I request that these interventions be investigated in detail, that the fairness and transparency of the games be proven, and that my unjust losses be compensated. I also request that this manipulative structure, where the page refreshes and the game changes the moment I am about to win, be stopped immediately.
