Karaca Tea Maker Always Says “No Water” and Won’t Brew

I purchased a Karaca Çaysever Robotea Pro 4-in-1 Talking Automatic Tea Maker & Water Heater from the Karaca Home store in Ümraniye, İstanbul Meydan AVM around January–February 2025 for approximately $150 on my credit card. Even though it hasn’t even been a year since I bought the device, a serious usage problem has occurred.
For about a week, the device has not been detecting the water in the reservoir. Even when there is water in the tank, it constantly gives a “water shortage” warning and therefore will not start the brewing process. The device only works if I intervene manually and make it brew myself; otherwise, it just stays on with the warning and does not perform its function as an automatic tea maker.
When I reported the situation to the store where I bought it, they told me to call customer service. However, I have not been able to reach customer service and I am not getting any response, so I have not been able to get any support regarding the malfunction.
A product at this price should not experience such a problem in such a short time, and I find it unacceptable that I cannot receive service support. I request that my Karaca Çaysever Robotea Pro 4-in-1 automatic tea maker be examined under warranty and that a solution be provided as soon as possible, such as free repair, product replacement, or a refund if repair is not possible. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved urgently and to be informed of the outcome.
There is a complaint, thank you very much to the officials. They called me from the company and said they would send me an SMS with an address and phone number near the border of my area that would help me. However, a day has passed since the conversation and I have not received any SMS or any follow‑up. Could you please forward this issue to the company's officials?
I took the product to service, it was repaired the same day, but after a week the same fault recurred.
