I purchased a Karaca Çaysever Robotea Pro 4-in-1 Talking Automatic Tea Maker & Water Heater from the Karaca Home store in Ümraniye, İstanbul Meydan AVM around January–February 2025 for approximately $150 on my credit card. Even though it hasn’t even been a year since I bought the device, a serious usage problem has occurred.
For about a week, the device has not been detecting the water in the reservoir. Even when there is water in the tank, it constantly gives a “water shortage” warning and therefore will not start the brewing process. The device only works if I intervene manually and make it brew myself; otherwise, it just stays on with the warning and does not perform its function as an automatic tea maker.
When I reported the situation to the store where I bought it, they told me to call customer service. However, I have not been able to reach customer service and I am not getting any response, so I have not been able to get any support regarding the malfunction.
A product at this price should not experience such a problem in such a short time, and I find it unacceptable that I cannot receive service support. I request that my Karaca Çaysever Robotea Pro 4-in-1 automatic tea maker be examined under warranty and that a solution be provided as soon as possible, such as free repair, product replacement, or a refund if repair is not possible. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved urgently and to be informed of the outcome.
