The product I purchased from the Karaca store at "Adana Esas 01 Mall" was shipped to my home in Istanbul. When I opened the package, I noticed bubble-like protrusions on one of the serving plates. I called the store to report the issue and requested a replacement part for the defective item. However, they told me, "We can provide a replacement part if you bring the product here." Alternatively, they suggested that I pack the entire dinner set and take it to another store for an exchange. A store that treats customers in this manner seriously damages our trust in the Karaca brand. If I were going to pack and carry such a heavy set, I could have purchased it in Istanbul in the first place. I request that the necessary actions be taken, and that the defective piece, as shown in the photos, be shipped to me to resolve this issue.
