Karaca Hatır E301 ACM Coffee Machine Chronic Heating Problem

I received a Karaca Hatır water-tank Turkish coffee machine, model e301 acm, as a gift from my cousin on 25 July 2025. From the very first use, the machine had a water heating problem and was serving the coffee cold, especially when we prepared coffee for three or more people. At first, we thought we might be using it incorrectly or that it would improve over time, but after a while the machine stopped dispensing water from the tank altogether. At the beginning of February, I went to the Konya Selçuklu Kent Plaza Karaca store and explained these problems in detail. The staff there stated that this product has a chronic problem, that they had received many similar complaints from other customers about this model, and that they themselves did not understand why it was still being sold. They took my contact details and said they would call me back, but from February to May I did not receive any response, and when we tried to call, we could not reach the store. After a long time, they finally contacted us and told us that the product had been left in a corner of the warehouse, that they would now send it to the warranty service, and that afterwards they would offer either a gift voucher or a refund. We then sent the product to the warranty service. This time we were told that the problem was due to user error, that the product would be repaired and that if the repair was carried out, a fee would be charged to us, and if it was not repaired, it would be returned to us in its current faulty state. I do not accept this process at all, because the product has been problematic since the first day, it was left waiting in the warehouse for about three months under unknown conditions, and at the final stage they tried to shift the fault onto the user. The product was worth approximately ₺2,500 and has been defective from the very beginning, so I no longer want this machine. After months of being stalled and being told by store staff themselves that the product is chronically faulty, I find it unacceptable that a repair fee is now being requested. I request that my grievance be resolved and that a full refund be provided or at least a replacement made with a new and problem-free product instead of charging me any repair cost.
