I purchased a Karaca 6-in-1 coffee machine, but the glass carafe is extremely thin and fragile. The lid is also problematic—it doesn’t detach properly, making it difficult to dry after washing. When I tried to dry it by opening the lid, it fell and broke.
Now, I’m trying to find a replacement carafe, but Karaca is making it impossible! Their website directs me to stores, and stores tell me to check online. There is no spare part listed anywhere, and when I ask, they just tell me to keep checking. How long am I supposed to wait for a simple part for a brand-new product?
