Konami Support Has Not Responded to Hacked Account
I am an eFootball mobile player, and my account has been hacked. Fortunately, my game was linked to my Game Center account, which allowed me to see the new email address currently associated with my eFootball account, as well as the Konami ID and User ID of the person who took control of it. I noticed the unauthorized access around January 15, 2026. Since then, my account has been actively used by someone else, even though I am the legitimate owner. I have invested a significant amount of time into this account and had more than 8,000 coins, which makes this situation especially serious. I have already contacted Konami support through the in-game support system, but I have not received any response so far. I have important information that can help identify and secure the account, including the hacker’s email address, Konami ID, and User ID, and I am ready to provide these details securely upon request. I am requesting that my eFootball mobile account be restored to me as the rightful owner, that the hacker’s access be fully blocked, that I be allowed to change the account email to a secure one, and that all my coins and game progress be preserved.
