I have been using the 1win mobile app in India with an INR-based account, and since yesterday my account balance has completely disappeared from the app. The issue is still ongoing, and I am unable to see or use my funds. I did not make any deposits, withdrawals, or bets shortly before the balance vanished, so there was no activity that should have caused this problem. As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried basic steps such as waiting and checking again later, but the balance still does not appear anywhere in the app. I then contacted 1win customer support, and they answered my call only once, telling me to wait for one hour. Even though I waited much longer than that, I received no further response and the issue remains unresolved. I request the immediate restoration of my correct balance in my 1win account and a clear explanation of why my balance disappeared from the mobile app. I expect this issue to be handled urgently so that I can access and use my funds again.
