Metro Turizm Denied Boarding Despite Confirmed Seat

I purchased a bus ticket through the Obilet app for a Metro Turizm trip scheduled for February 1, 2026, at 01:00, from Yerköy to Gebze Bus Terminal, selecting seat number 13. I paid $28 by credit card. Even though I arrived at the terminal on time and the bus was present at the platform, the staff refused to let me board, stating that seat number 13 was already occupied. Despite my ticket clearly appearing in the app with my selected seat confirmed, no solution was offered and I was left stranded. Due to this seat mix-up and the inconvenience I experienced, I request a full refund of the $28 ticket amount I paid through Obilet.
