JBL 520BT Left Side Not Working After Less Than a Year

I purchased my JBL 520BT headphones from D&R, and in less than a year, the left side has completely stopped producing sound. Just yesterday morning, they were working perfectly fine, but when I used them today, I noticed no sound coming from the left ear. Restarting the headphones didn’t fix the issue. I chose JBL because of its reputation for quality, but this problem is extremely disappointing. I need immediate assistance to resolve this, whether through repair, replacement, or a refund. A product from such a reputable brand should not have issues this soon. Please address this matter promptly and restore my confidence in JBL products.
