Monopoly GO Failed to Credit Honey Dukes Event Rewards


I have been repeatedly experiencing problems in the Blocks Boutique section of the Honey Dukes event in the game Monopoly GO. In the event, there was a task that required completing an entire row or column and then claiming the reward, but even though I fully completed a column, the reward was not credited to my account. This is the second time this has happened to me; I also failed to receive my rewards in previous events in a similar way. The most recent issue occurred on January 1, 2026. The rewards I was unable to receive in this event included approximately two thousand dice, shields, and sticker cards, and I spent days putting in time and effort to earn them. Despite dedicating significant time and effort to the game, not receiving the rewards I rightfully earned has caused me serious frustration. I contacted in-game support, but no solution was provided for this event or for the similar issues I experienced in the past. I see that many other players are experiencing the same type of problems, and I believe this has now become a chronic issue. I request a comprehensive fix to the event and reward systems in the game, compensation for the players who were affected, and especially that the missing rewards be credited to our accounts. If these issues are not resolved, I would like to state that due to the loss of trust I have experienced, I will reset and delete all three of my accounts after submitting this complaint.
