I Lost My JBL Wave Buds Charging Case—Need to Buy Just the Case, Not New Earbuds

I recently lost the charging case for my JBL Wave Buds Bluetooth earbuds, and I’m incredibly frustrated. I still have both earbuds in perfect condition—they’re practically brand new and barely used. But now they’re completely useless because I can’t charge them without the case. It’s beyond disappointing that something so small can make the whole product unusable.

All I want is to purchase the charging case by itself. Why isn’t JBL offering this as a standalone item? It makes no sense to force customers to buy a whole new set of earbuds—especially when we only need the charging case. I paid over ₺1000 for this device and now I can’t use it at all due to a missing accessory.

Please make replacement charging cases available for separate purchase. For such a well-known brand, JBL should offer basic support for common situations like this. I urge you to respond quickly—I really don’t want to spend money on a brand new product just because of a missing case.
