I Lost My JBL Tune Flex TWS Charging Case While Traveling—Need to Buy the Case Only

I lost the charging case for my JBL Tune Flex TWS earbuds during a recent trip, and I’m incredibly disappointed that there’s no clear solution. I still have both earbuds in perfect condition—they work fine, but now they’re completely useless because I can’t charge them without the case.

I looked everywhere for a replacement case to buy separately, but JBL doesn’t seem to offer one. Why isn’t there an option to purchase just the charging case? It’s unfair to force customers to buy an entirely new set when the earbuds are still functional. This feels like an oversight from a major brand.

On top of that, I was surprised to discover that the JBL app doesn’t include any kind of “Find My Case” or location tracking feature. That would have been incredibly useful and could’ve helped me recover the case before it was too late. Adding that functionality would really improve the product experience.

I paid over ₺1000 for these earbuds, and now I’m stuck without a way to use them. JBL, please allow customers to buy individual replacement parts like the case. This is a simple fix, and I hope you provide a quick solution—I really don’t want to spend money on a whole new device.
