I Can’t Disconnect My JBL Tune Flex When in Case—Still Shows Connected with Noise

I’ve been using the JBL Tune Flex in-ear earbuds, but lately I’ve run into a frustrating issue that’s ruining the user experience. When I place the earbuds back into their charging case, they’re supposed to disconnect from my phone automatically—but that’s not happening. The earbuds remain connected even after being placed in the case, and I keep hearing random beeping or signal-like sounds as if they’re still active.

This completely defeats the purpose of having a case that’s supposed to manage power and connection. It’s also draining the battery unnecessarily and interfering with my phone’s audio settings. I’ve reset the device, re-paired it, and checked all my Bluetooth and device settings. Nothing fixes the problem.

Because the earbuds don’t fully disconnect, I also experience reduced performance while using them—they glitch during playback, and I can’t rely on them for calls or music. For something that cost me over ₺1000, I expected a far more seamless experience. This is clearly a malfunction or design flaw, and I need JBL to step up and provide a fix or replacement.
