Iyzico Approved Unjust Chargeback Despite Valid Delivery Proof

A transaction amounting to ₺43,020.00 was processed on our e-commerce platform using Iyzico as the payment provider. Despite the fact that all required documents were provided and there was no legitimate reason for the chargeback, the dispute raised by the customer to their bank was approved. An official invoice was issued for the order, the product was shipped via Sürat Kargo, and the customer confirmed delivery using an SMS verification code sent to their phone. Although delivery was clearly proven with documents, Iyzico finalized the dispute in favor of the customer. We submitted multiple written requests to Iyzico support, but we received no response or explanation. Ironically, Iyzico’s own website claims: “AI-Powered Fraud Prevention — Protecting your payments with artificial intelligence and our expert team.” Unfortunately, we have experienced firsthand that this promise does not reflect the actual reality. As a result, we have suffered both financial loss and a significant loss of trust. We expect Iyzico to re-evaluate this decision and compensate for the damages. Otherwise, we will be forced to pursue our legal rights through all official channels.

Despite your response on June 17th stating 'we have forwarded it to the relevant departments and are closely monitoring the process,' no feedback has been provided to us in the past two days. In this fraud case that caused our company a loss of 43,020 TL: • Even though we have submitted all documents (invoice, delivery confirmation, SMS code), • The optional nature of 3D Secure is being imposed on us, • Although it is clearly proven that the product reached the buyer, the loss is being charged to the seller. Despite its security promises, Iyzico has neither been able to prevent fraud nor protect the seller. From this point forward: • We will take the process to judicial authorities, • We will file a criminal complaint if necessary, • We will apply to all authorities, especially the BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency). Iyzico's silence on this matter only increases our victimization and causes a loss of trust.
