Uncredited Fund Transfer - iyzico Account

On 11.06.2025, I made two separate money transfers of ₺3,100 each to my iyzico account via Nays—one from my Yapı Kredi Bank account and one from my İş Bank account. However, this amount has not appeared in either my iyzico or Nays account. The receipts are attached, and it seems I forgot to include my reference number in the transaction note, but this does not justify the money being lost or not refunded. Since then, I have contacted iyzico customer service multiple times. I spoke with several representatives, including M****** Z., F****** A., and S**** N. On 16.06.2025, M****** Z. informed me that the refund had been processed, but I couldn’t see any refund in my accounts. Later, in correspondence with F****** A., I was told that the Yapı Kredi transaction had been received, but the İş Bank transaction required a receipt. I resent both receipts multiple times, yet I continued to receive generic and inaccurate responses such as “the amount has been loaded to your account and no issue was observed.” I even sent photos of my account from a different phone because the mobile screenshots couldn’t be opened. On 19.06.2025, F****** A. stated that my request had been forwarded to the relevant department and I would be contacted soon, but a week has passed with no real progress. My money still hasn’t been credited, and no clear solution has been offered. The repeated questions and unhelpful replies show that iyzico is not taking customer issues seriously. My grievance is that the ₺3,100 I transferred from İş Bank via Nays has gone missing—neither credited nor refunded. My demands are: 1) the immediate refund of the ₺3,100 to my iyzico or bank account, 2) urgent resolution of this issue, and 3) a review of the customer service process to ensure real solutions instead of copy-paste replies. If this is not resolved, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action.
