Iyzico Refused to Give Me Bonus - Charged Deposit Fee
You advertise a ₺300 bonus for the first transaction, so I signed up and made a transaction. Then you told me that I hadn't applied for the bonus and that the transaction wouldn't count. On top of that, you charged a ₺72 commission just to deposit money into the account. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I signed up, but your app kept giving errors when I tried to verify my account. I chose iyzico because I thought it was a reliable and transparent platform. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite so far. Please don't deceive people like this. I want my ₺300 refunded.
