Due to numerous and serious issues with my iPhone 15 Pro Max—such as speaker crackling, screen freezing, battery malfunction, device not powering on, not holding charge, and excessive heating—I submitted it to the service. However, despite the device being completely defective and almost non-functional, it was returned without repair on the grounds of "user error." This is a clear sign of extreme customer dissatisfaction. The problems with the device are absolutely not due to user error but are serious defects originating from manufacturing and hardware. Moreover, Apple Turkey's failure to provide any support and its indifference to this grievance have severely damaged the reputation of the Apple brand. Therefore, I would like to emphasize that I will no longer purchase any products through KVK, that I am dissatisfied with Apple Turkey's lack of customer support, and that this device is entirely faulty. Such mistreatment is unacceptable for a device that costs nearly ₺100,000. This negative experience will never be forgotten, and as a consumer, I declare that I will never buy from KVK or Apple again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Within the scope of my legal rights, I demand that my device be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Otherwise, I will exercise all legal rights, including submitting complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the Ministry of Trade, relevant regulatory and judicial authorities, and, if necessary, bringing the issue to public attention through the media.
