iPhone 16 Pro Max Camera Quality Worse Than iPhone 14, Apple Refuses Responsibility

On August 11, 2025, I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max from Vatan Bilgisayar in Muğla. About 10 days after purchase, I began experiencing serious camera issues. Photos have a strong yellow tint, the resolution appears low, and the front camera in particular takes visibly poor-quality pictures. When I compared it side by side with my iPhone 14, the older device produced far better images than the new one.
On August 31, I contacted the Vatan Bilgisayar Marmaris branch and sent my device to technical service. I also have the purchase invoice as proof.
Since then, I have contacted both Apple and Vatan Bilgisayar customer service multiple times, but each side keeps shifting responsibility to the other. Apple confirmed that they have my file, including call recordings and case details. According to Apple, the first technical inspection found issues with the flash and scratches on the camera. Despite repeatedly requesting a replacement or refund and making it clear that I did not want a simple software reset, the device was sent to Apple’s repair center. There, they claimed “no fault was found.” I do not trust this report, as the camera defect is obvious. Apple has also refused to provide me with the first error report, even though I have requested it multiple times via calls and emails. I demand a proper resolution: either a device replacement or a full refund.
