iPhone 15 Pro Overheating, Battery, and Button Malfunctions

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro in May 2024, but within the first 15 days, I experienced significant overheating and battery drain issues, requiring me to charge it twice daily. I sent it in for service, and they returned it after a software update, claiming it would resolve the problem. For three months, aside from occasional freezing, the phone worked adequately. However, just two days ago, the side power button stopped working, so I had to send it back to service again, leaving me without my phone for another 20 business days.
For a phone that costs nearly ₺80,000, I find it unacceptable that Apple’s product has had multiple issues within four months, causing me considerable financial and emotional distress. Adding to the frustration, each service visit requires me to remove and replace high-quality screen and camera protectors at my own expense. Being without my phone for long periods has also impacted my work in the public sector, as I can’t access essential communications, and Apple has failed to provide a backup device for emergencies.
Due to Apple’s lack of support and the repeated issues with this device, I intend to pursue legal action.

As of November 7, 2024, as a result of my conversation with the customer representative of Gürgençler, I learned that the middle frame of my phone has been changed and the rear cameras will also be changed. If they deliver my phone to me in this condition, I will suffer a significant financial loss when selling my phone. I cannot understand why they did not replace the iPhone 15 Pro, which has been sent for service twice in 4 months due to factory-related issues that are not user errors, with a new one. For this reason, I definitely intend to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and file a lawsuit against Apple for the financial and emotional losses they have caused me as soon as possible.
