I’ve been dealing with a persistent issue on my iPhone 15 for the past 5–6 months, and I’m extremely disappointed with Apple’s lack of accountability and support. The problem is clearly software-related, yet Apple Support has failed to resolve it after multiple attempts.
I sent the phone to the same authorized service center twice. The first time, they returned it claiming “no issue found.” The second time, they suddenly changed their stance and said there was “physical damage” near the SIM card slot, so the issue was no longer covered under warranty. This was never mentioned in the first service report and feels like an excuse to avoid providing any real solution.
Apple support now says they can’t do anything about it. That’s it—no help, no fix, no responsibility. It’s absolutely unacceptable that a premium device like the iPhone 15 can suffer from unresolved software issues for half a year while the company refuses to offer a repair, replacement, or even proper diagnostics.
I paid a premium price expecting premium service and product quality. Instead, I’ve been passed around without resolution, and now I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t work as it should. Apple must take full responsibility and either repair or replace the device immediately. Enough with the excuses—customers deserve real solutions, not deflections.
