Since purchasing my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I’ve been receiving frequent complaints from people on the other end of calls about crackling noises. The store where I bought it suggested that my old SIM card might be the issue, so I replaced it with a new one. I returned the phone, and it was sent to the authorized service center. After a 15-day wait, they returned it, claiming no issues were found.
