iPhone 15 Pro Max Call Audio Crackling – Persistent Issue Ignored by Service

Since purchasing my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I’ve been receiving frequent complaints from people on the other end of calls about crackling noises. The store where I bought it suggested that my old SIM card might be the issue, so I replaced it with a new one. However, the problem persisted, even though this crackling only occurs with this phone and not with my SIM in other devices.
I returned the phone, and it was sent to the authorized service center. After a 15-day wait, they returned it, claiming no issues were found. Yet, the audio problems continue, making it frustrating and difficult to use for calls. I urgently request a resolution, as this faulty audio is unacceptable for a brand-new iPhone model.
