On September 1, 2023, I opened an account with ING Bank to transfer my retirement pension. However, in September, my pension did not get deposited into my ING Bank account. On October 2, I contacted them again to inquire about changes in the current promotion conditions. As the October promotion terms seemed more advantageous for me, I expressed my intention to benefit from the October promotion conditions, which involved receiving a cash bonus of 8,500 TL plus an additional 4 automatic bill payments totaling 4,000 TL, making a total of 12,500 TL in promotions. After receiving confirmation that I could benefit from this promotion, I agreed. When my pension for October was deposited, I received the 8,500 TL cash bonus. I also set up 4 automatic bill payments. The first bill, due on September 23, received a 500 TL promotion on November 2. When I inquired about the remaining 500 TL from the September promotion, they explained that, due to a technical error, it hadn't been deposited, but on November 3, they credited me with an additional 500 + 500 TL, finally fulfilling the initial agreement for the first two bill payments. However, despite paying the other two bills on November 6 and November 13, I have not received any promotions. Although the contract states that the promotion should be credited within 3 days after paying the bill, they claim it is under constant review, providing no satisfactory response despite multiple inquiries. Despite ING Bank's active advertising and emphasis on customer satisfaction, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I am seeking a constructive solution or a clear response to my problem. If I had been informed that I couldn't benefit from the October conditions, I would have made a different decision. I am looking for a resolution to my issue and questioning whether working with ING is worth considering again. Regards.
