Against the Law, ING Bank Placed a Seizure and Blockage on My Salary
ING Bank, Manavgat (later to Antalya Branch), allowed the imposition of seizure and blocking on my retired pension account. Following a phone conversation after this unlawful practice, the seizure was lifted, and the money was refunded, but the block remained. Consequently, the funds in the account for automatic payments couldn't be used. My bills couldn't be paid, resulting in eight days of ongoing inconvenience. Due to the inability to access my pending retired pension, my distress will further escalate. Unfortunately, discussions with bank customer representatives yielded no results. I also lodged complaints through E-Government, but I haven't received a response yet. ING Bank representatives not only refused to resolve the issue they created but also insisted that I should resolve this problem myself. I have a complaint against ING Bank due to this application made in violation of the relevant law.
