Garanti BBVA Pension Campaign Bonus Missing - Promotion Not Paid In Full
In June, I joined Garanti BBVA’s pension promotion and additional Bonus campaign. Under this campaign, I was supposed to receive a total of ₺23,500 — including ₺15,000 as a promotion, ₺6,000 as a spending bonus for ₺2,000 of expenses, and ₺2,500 as a referral bonus since I was invited by a friend. However, to date, only ₺15,000 of the promotion and ₺500 of the Bonus have been deposited into my account, while the remaining amounts have not been paid. Although it was stated that the payments would be made within 15 business days after my application, nearly three months have passed, and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. During this time, I’ve contacted customer service four times and submitted a request once through the Erciyes Branch, yet each time I’ve been met with different excuses. At one point, I was even told that I hadn’t applied during the campaign period, but I have proof such as my spending statements. I also noticed on Xolvie that hundreds of others are experiencing the same issue. I’m genuinely upset about being treated as if we’re naive customers and expect an apology from Garanti BBVA. I request that the remaining Bonus and promotion amounts be deposited into my account in full as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved. My customer number is 9484***.
The response I received is so ridiculous that I want to share it with you as well; 'If I cancel my promotion, in other words, if I pay 15,000 TL and renew my promotion, I can benefit from this campaign again.' I am a disabled individual, my pension is already barely anything, how can you make such an offer? This issue has gone beyond the arbitration committee, it is going directly to the BRSA.
