Allianz Private Pension Refund Delay - Not Received After Five Days
I canceled my Allianz Private Pension contract on September 30, 2025. During the call, I was informed that the ₺609 withdrawn from my credit card would be refunded to my Akbank card within five business days. However, today is October 10, 2025, and the refund has still not been processed. I have contacted Allianz customer service multiple times, but each time I was told that “the payment has been transferred to your bank.” When I called my bank, they confirmed that no such transfer had been made. I am caught between the two parties due to poor communication. I also sent an email to Allianz but never received a response. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue. I request that the ₺609 refund be deposited into my Akbank account immediately and that the process be clearly communicated to me.
