IKEA Provides Poor Service and Operation Management

Very poor service & operation management. "Being victimized with our money" will probably summarize my experiences accurately. My first sofa order (order no: 211607231628246) from IKEA's online store was delayed for a week, despite the payment being taken, with the excuse of the item being out of stock. Even though they assured me that it would arrive in "3-4 days," the sofa never came into stock. As a result, I canceled the order for that sofa and placed an order for a different one that appeared to be in stock on the website. However, this sofa arrived at my home "damaged." I returned the sofa without accepting the delivery and, after 3 days, the shipping company brought the same damaged sofa again, claiming it was a new delivery. I returned it again, and despite all my efforts over a period of 3 weeks, I still don't have a sofa at home. Throughout this process, IKEA's lack of communication, incompetence, and indifference toward customer satisfaction was evident, and experiencing it firsthand made me seriously angry. The call center employees were unable to assist with any issue, no prompt solution was provided, and reaching a responsible person when facing a problem was impossible, adding to my frustration. It's truly the worst company I have come across in terms of operations and customer satisfaction in recent times. I can't comprehend how such a global company can be so incapable and unresponsive. My advice would be not to order anything from their online store."
