IKEA Poor Customer Service in Turkey Delivery, Cancellation, Late Refund
I ordered things from IKEA on June 16, but Horoz Lojistik tried several times but couldn't bring them to me. Both the call center and Horoz didn't answer when I called. After two weeks of waiting, I told them I couldn't get the products because I wouldn't be at the address anymore and asked for a refund. Horoz sent the items to the main IKEA warehouse. IKEA, on the other hand, asked for a company-issued invoice for the refund, which I gave them. But it's been weeks, and they still haven't given me my money back. The people who work in the call center have no power and can only take notes. There doesn't seem to be a department whose sole job is to deal with problems like these. IKEA has been keeping my money for a month, even though they haven't sent me the products or assembled them. We haven't done anything to solve the problem. It seems like IKEA Turkey is taking advantage of legal loopholes to pay for itself with our money. If shopping at the store went well, you should count yourself lucky. But if you have trouble with an IKEA product or delivery, be prepared to have your patience tested. IKEA Turkey should be embarrassed by how they treat their customers. They should read the online complaints from customers to get a better idea of how bad the problem is. I'm determined to get my money back that was taken from me unfairly, and if I have to, I'll ask our company's legal advisor for help.
