IKEA Has Not Sent My Products For 4 Months!


I've been waiting for a product replacement for four months, and IKEA has failed to send me the products. IKEA, in reality, doesn't live up to its reputation as a corporate and reputable brand in the aftermarket. Engaging with their customer service has proven to be a time-consuming and unproductive endeavor. The employees appear unqualified and unskilled. When you call customer service, they tend to shift blame among themselves, losing your documents and vital information. They misplace your return invoice and your cargo tracking number, leaving you frustrated and without a resolution after making 70-80 phone calls. I've been patiently waiting for a replacement for a defective product for four long months, and my issue still remains unresolved.

The madhouse continues. 2 weeks ago, they said the product was in stock at the Ankara branch. This week, they said it would definitely be sent. Today I called, and they are acting as if nothing happened. There is still no product after 4.5 months. They don't know when they will send it or if they will send it at all.
