I purchased a sweatshirt and tracksuit set from Bershka via Trendyol on 28 November, and my order number is 10736737956. Although many days have passed since the purchase, the order status still appears as “preparing,” and the products have not been shipped or delivered to me. I contacted customer service about this delay, and I was only given an apology, but no concrete action was taken to progress the order or provide a clear shipping date. The continued “preparing” status without any update is causing serious inconvenience. I request that my order be shipped without any further delay and that the sweatshirt and tracksuit set be delivered to me as soon as possible. I also expect to be informed clearly about the current status of my order and the estimated delivery date.
