IKEA's 2-Year Warranty Fails, Broken Product Is Ignored

Even though the product I bought from the internet was sent broken, no solution is offered in any way. They have a so-called 2 year warranty. I've been calling for days, I'm writing, only automatic replies are being written. It is a shame for a huge company to waste the nation's labor. I am an extra victim because there is no IKEA store in my location. What I'm paying from my credit card right now, in a closet that doesn't exist, so that IKEA can win. It's my first time shopping at IKEA and I regret a thousand regrets. True service is to be solution-oriented even when the customer has a problem. I buy goods and you sell, you have to do this business with merit.
