IKEA Installation Delay and Poor Customer Service

IKEA canceled the project they provided on the day of installation, stating it was not feasible. I am the one suffering from this situation, yet no one has apologized. I had to go to them to redraw the project, and they are still causing issues.
The installation manager, Mr. C**** from Kartal IKEA, has not fulfilled his responsibilities, leaving me in a difficult position. My kitchen, which I waited 1.5 months for, was not installed because they claimed it wouldn't fit. After going to great lengths to accommodate them, I was told to pay for new products that I was not satisfied with. When I went to the returns department, the staff there acted nonchalantly, saying they would wait for returns to come in before addressing my concerns.
A female manager came and told me that if August 20 was the only available date, I should just wait. I am not willing to accept this level of service. I have been patient, but I am now dealing with a mentality that disregards customers. They told me that my request would only be processed if Mr. C**** approved it tomorrow.
I will be filing complaints through all available channels. If the installation team can leave in 15 minutes, and the sales representative does not contact me, then I am left to suffer at their convenience. Is this how IKEA operates? I have waited 1.5 months; if it was not going to work, they should have said so during the initial assessment. This is not a child's game.
I also run a business and do not intend to cause anyone harm. I want my kitchen installation to be completed this week. I have suffered both financially and emotionally, and I request assistance from an authorized person. This situation is a result of your error, and it does not reflect well on your brand.

Unfortunately, it became clear that it was not a carefully done job when the built-in set arrived; they fixed the place where the built-in set would go according to their own ideas. They cut the back socket places with a utility knife. They couldn't even cover the foot part of our cabinet; unfortunately, it was a terrible assembly. We are not at all satisfied with this kitchen cabinet we bought, or rather had made, from IKEA. Whether it's the salesperson who constantly sells the wrong parts or the staff who doesn't care about the issue! Kartal IKEA is unfortunately terrible. Our problem still hasn't been resolved. The more positive and tolerant we are, the less they do their job, and they don't even answer the phone...
