For Days, Ikea Has Not Assembled the Bathroom Mirror

I bought a bathroom mirror from IKEA on March 15 and scheduled an assembly team to install it. The team, however, refused to proceed with the installation because a mirror that had previously been mounted on the wall had not been removed prior to their arrival. They acted aggressively and left without finishing the job. I've been waiting for the installation to be finished since then, but the customer service team has been unhelpful, repeatedly scheduling new assembly dates every five days while failing to deliver on their promises. I am deeply disappointed in my decision to buy from IKEA and frustrated by their lack of accountability. Today is the fifth day since the initial assembly date, and I have yet to receive a resolution. I was unhappy and disappointed with the level of service provided by IKEA as a result of my experience.
