IKEA Delayed My Kitchen Measurement Appointment, Ignored My Order Request

I decided to have a kitchen made from IKEA. But IKEA started to convince me that it should be the last choice for this job. The reason is this; When I decided to have my kitchen made by IKEA, I learned that I had to make a drawing first. With great enthusiasm, I arranged myself and made an appointment for measurements 1 month later. When making an appointment, it was written that they would call 1 day in advance and give a time for the next day. I waited until 14:00 on the day before the appointment, but when there was no call, I called customer service and explained the situation. They said that they sent an e-mail to the kitchen department and that they would get back to us as soon as possible. During the day, I was called from the Bayrampaşa store and talked to a lady. I asked the lady when they would come, that I had an appointment the next day but I was not called by anyone, and I was informed that I did not have the kitchen measurement I paid for and that I did not receive a measurement service. I told the lady that this couldn't happen When I said that I even had the order number, he said let's check again and after a while of silence, he said, yes, you have an appointment, the date given to you on the internet is the estimated date, we will come to you in 2 days, if it is convenient. I said okay so that the job could be done and they came and took measurements 2 days later. The person who came for the measurement said that an appointment should be made and asked for the day for the appointment. We said that Friday could be the day for the appointment. An appointment was made for Friday at 1 o'clock. Our appointment at the store was for Thursday. But I said it wasn't possible. The person I spoke to said no, in fact, we talked to all the customers in the morning. All our customers said that your appointment was yesterday and you couldn't come. So, if my appointment was yesterday and you called today's customers, why didn't you call me? I said, and they said they called me. Anyway, the lady I talked to repeated that all the customers would come and that we did not come to our appointment, and when I repeated that this was not possible, she said, "Wait a moment, my friend, he will come from dinner and help us a little later."However, I am trying to make an appointment for April 15th to place the order. But unfortunately, I could not do anything other than talk to the people in your call center.
