IKEA Online Wardrobe Order Went Wrong,Damaged Piece Installation Help Not Given
I bought a product from Antalya IKEA Store 15 days ago. I ordered it to be brought to my house in Isparta by cargo. Products arrived 10 days ago last week. Everything was fine until I started installing the product last weekend. When I opened the cargo and saw that the product was damaged although there was no damage in the box, I called IKEA customer service and explained the situation. With understanding, I sent the product images. I was called within 3-5 hours. Ms. H***** called and I explained the situation to her, and I sent the product images to them. In our conversation, I think there was a problem in communication, and there was a perception that I was out of the city. After waiting 3 days, I learned this in the call I made. I said that there was no such thing, I was waiting for them to call. When I was not called for 2 days, I called again on 02/08/2023 and called on 03/08/2023 and finally at 16:50 on 04/08/2023. On my last call I said I would call every half hour until called. After making my 17:30 call, I thought it would be appropriate to voice my complaint here as well. It bothered me quite a bit that a 2.40 lb wardrobe box stood in the middle of the house for 15 days. they can't expect me to be civil or patient any longer!!!
