For Better Customer Service, IKEA Should Find a New Dealer in Turkey

I bought something from the IKEA Kartal store and had been waiting for it to be assembled for ten days. They informed me about an "operational overload" a day before the scheduled service and postponed it. This last-minute change threw off all of my plans, rendering the rescheduled service ineffective. When I asked for a refund, they mocked me, suggesting I go to the branch as if it were a joke. I explained that I didn't want to cancel the service; their inability to deliver it justified a refund, but they responded that they couldn't do anything. I have no other choice but to seek Consumer Rights Arbitration. I will also contact the headquarters to review their franchise agreement.
