In IGG Throne Wars: Conquest, there was a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” package promotion. I purchased an 84₺ package, but the free bonus package that was supposed to come with it was never credited to my account.
I submitted a ticket to IGG support, and they told me I could claim another package instead. However, when I clicked on another package, the coupon did not appear at all. Thinking it might work if I bought again, I purchased another package, and this time the promotion applied correctly, giving me the bonus package.
Still, the reward from my first purchase was never delivered. This means I paid twice just to receive what should have been included the first time. I request that IGG resolve this issue and credit me with the missing bonus package from my first 84₺ purchase. Players should not have to spend extra money just to receive a promised reward.
