Hello, I am a player from a Turkish server, and I have been playing IGG games for a long time. However, there is a recurring and very frustrating problem: every time the game is updated, serious bugs appear. When this happens, nobody addresses the issues quickly, and players like me are left unable to participate in the game properly.
Because of these delays, we fall behind in events. Many events only last for two days, but support takes three to five days to respond after a ticket is submitted. By the time they reply or fix the issue, the event is already over and players have lost their chance to compete or earn rewards.
I demand that IGG improve its response time to technical problems after updates. Players should not be punished for issues caused by faulty updates, nor should they lose event opportunities because support acts too slowly. Whoever is responsible for these matters needs to address them immediately to prevent further frustration and unfairness.
