Doomsday Last Survivors Wrongly Blocked My Account After Refund Dispute

I play Doomsday: Last Survivors by IGG, and on August 20, 2023, I noticed that one of my in-game purchases was charged twice by mistake. I immediately contacted IGG support, but received no proper response. Since the company ignored my request, I filed a refund claim through Apple, which was approved.

Afterward, instead of apologizing for the duplicate charge, IGG staff began harassing me for repayment. They sent me a link demanding repayment not only of the duplicate charge but an inflated amount. The duplicate charge was ₺449 x 2 = ₺898, so the proper refund was ₺449. However, IGG claimed I owed ₺1,200, far more than the actual amount.

When I explained this to them, their response was unacceptable. They told me that unless I paid, they would block my game account. If that happens, then what about all the previous purchases I already made? Why should I lose access to content and items I legitimately paid for?

This is not only unfair but borders on extortion. If I cannot access the service I already paid for, then I demand a full refund of every single purchase I have made in the game to date. Players should not be threatened or penalized for requesting legitimate refunds of wrongful charges.

I am officially reporting this game for unfair practices, inflated repayment demands, and blocking access to paying customers. IGG must be investigated, and players’ rights must be protected.
