Huawei FreeBuds 5 is Not Suitable For My Ears

I purchased the Huawei FreeBuds 5 earbuds for 3600₺ in installments as an additional item on my Vodafone bill. When the product arrived, I eagerly took it out of the packaging and attempted to use it. However, despite my efforts, I couldn't get the earbuds to fit or stay in my ears. I reached out to the seller to request a refund since the product didn't fit my ears, but they claimed that opening the packaging would make it ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons. But how was I supposed to know if it would fit me without trying it on? I contacted Huawei, and they directed me to their service center, which only handles repairs. Then, when I reached out to Huawei again, they started discussing the history of the earbuds. They mentioned some extensive R&D process before the product was released. So, what's the result? The result is that I'm stuck with a 3600₺ piece of junk. I propose that they take back the faulty product and provide me with a similarly priced alternative that meets my needs. After all, if the product were defective, you would've sent a replacement, so there shouldn't be an issue from your perspective. But as end-users, we are left with products that don't justify the hefty price tags we pay.
