Huawei Wireless Earbuds Connectivity Issues

I'm very dissatisfied with the Huawei wireless earbuds I bought from MediaMarkt. Despite twice sending them to the service center, I have yet to receive a satisfactory solution. The main problem is that they refuse to connect to my phone. The response from the service center has been frustrating, claiming that the problem is with my phone and recommending that I have it checked. However, I've tried the earbuds on 4-5 different phones and the problem still exists. I have no choice but to request a replacement. It's infuriating when a product fails to perform as expected and the service center fails to provide a meaningful resolution. As a customer, I expect a certain level of dependability and support, which I did not receive in this case. The connectivity issue appears to be inherent in the earbuds, and I hope that this experience prompts Huawei and MediaMarkt to take the necessary action to address this issue.
