Huawei FreeBuds 4 Warranty Problems

I've been having a difficult time with my Huawei FreeBuds 4. The active noise cancellation does not work, and the person on the other end of the phone can hear background noise while I cannot hear them clearly. Despite multiple attempts to explain the problem to the service center, they continue to blame it on user error. Despite the fact that I clean the earbuds on a regular basis, they claim it's my fault and are demanding more than twice the device's cost for repairs. I could easily buy a brand-new one elsewhere for around 2300 TL, but they want to charge me over 400 TL for the same thing. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. It's a lesson to never blindly trust such brands, even if they are slightly more expensive.
