Huawei FreeBuds Pro High Replacement Costs!
I rely on a total of 4 Huawei headphones - 2 FreeBuds Pro and 1 FreeBuds Pro 3 - along with a Huawei Free Clip and GT2 Pro watch, aside from my phone. The audio quality surpasses all others on the market. However, my complaints lie with the post-sales support. One of my Huawei FreeBuds Pro earbuds went missing, and the company demanded ₺1,199 for a replacement part, while the original price for a complete set was ₺1,499. Moreover, the battery life of my other FreeBuds Pro significantly decreased, but the support team offered no help under warranty and requested ₺1,700 for a replacement part, despite its market value being ₺2,199. Lastly, my FreeBuds Pro 3, bought in October 2023, accidentally went through the wash, and I was informed that repairs could cost around ₺3,500 - ₺4,000. The weak customer support contrasts with Huawei's quality products, leaving me hesitant to invest in replacements.
