Huawei FreeBuds SE Poor Sound Quality and Costly Repair Outside Warranty
I purchased Huawei FreeBuds SE earbuds two years ago, and after one year, the sound quality started to diminish. I continued using them as best I could, but before the warranty expired, I decided to send them in for repair under the warranty. However, the service center's response was: "It is not covered by the warranty!" They claimed there was dirt and earwax buildup in the earbuds, as if that was unexpected. Moreover, they are demanding ₺2,135 from me, a ₺900 product, to fix the issue.
Huawei is a disappointment. They create problems with warranties and service, and their products break down quickly.
