Payment to Hotels.com Deducted Before Stay; Requesting Refund

I made a reservation on Hotels.com, but I couldn't find anyone to help me cancel it. As a result, even though I did not check in, the hotel deducted the payment. I'm writing in the hopes of finding someone who can help me get my money back. I sincerely hope that a solution can be found as soon as possible. My stay at the hotel was equally frustrating. They informed me that they would be unable to assist, much less process a refund. When booking accommodations, it is critical to have clear cancellation policies and effective customer service. I believe that quickly resolving this issue is critical to maintaining trust in online booking platforms like Hotels.com. I'm reaching out in the hopes that my concerns are addressed and that I receive the refund I'm due.

Hello, I still haven't received any feedback regarding the process. If I can get a positive or negative response, I will proceed accordingly and will be filing my complaint and initiating the legal process. I wish you good work.

Your staff just called. They spoke with upper management and said they couldn't help with the issue. Is this how you solve problems? I don't have any good thoughts about your company. Nevertheless, I will continue to file my complaint with the necessary places until I get a result.
