Hotels.com Canceled My Reservation - Lost Vacation and Money

Hotels.com canceled my reservation through their system, leaving me without both a vacation and my money. I feel that Hotels.com has caused me significant distress. They have not accepted responsibility for the error in their system and have provided no assistance whatsoever.
Connecting with customer service has been a frustrating experience, akin to torture. I urge others to be cautious, as you may also find yourself in a similar situation. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, as I deserve a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.
