Umingle "Gender Searching" Ban Appeal After Clarifying Gender

I am writing regarding an unfair ban I received on the Umingle website. I was using the site normally and matched with a user from Morocco. During the conversation I clearly stated that I am a boy, because I did not want my match to mistakenly think I was a girl or to feel misled. Shortly after I clarified my gender, my account was banned with the reason “Gender Searching.” I did not use any offensive language, I did not harass anyone, and I did not violate any obvious rule. I only honestly stated that I am a boy so that the other person would not have wrong expectations about me. The ban happened just now, and since then I have been completely unable to access and use my account. I checked the Umingle website and could not find any customer support channel, contact form or email address to object to this situation. Because of this, I am using this platform to express my complaint. I believe this ban is unjust and based on a misunderstanding of my behavior. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated and that the “Gender Searching” ban on my account be removed, as I did not intentionally break any rules and only tried to be transparent about my gender during the chat.
