I recently discovered a payment on my bank statement to Fileworld EU in the amount of 212,89 RON dated 02.09.2026 at 07:15 a.m. At that time I was asleep and I have never used your website or your services, nor have I knowingly created any account or authorized anyone to make a payment to you with my card. This transaction is clearly unauthorized from my side and I am very concerned that my card details may have been misused in connection with your platform. I request that you immediately investigate this payment, identify any account or order to which it is linked and confirm how my card details were obtained and used without my consent. I kindly but firmly request a full refund of the 212,89 RON to my card, the closure and deletion of any account or profile that may have been opened in my name or with my card data, and a written explanation of the result of your investigation. I also ask you to ensure that my personal and payment data are removed from your systems, except for what you are legally obliged to keep, so that no further unauthorized transactions can occur. I expect your prompt written response and the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
