Hotels.com Canceled My Reservation but Won’t Refund My Money
I chose Hotels.com based on recommendations, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I canceled my reservation, yet my refund has not been processed. What’s worse, I cannot reach customer service—there is no proper support or assistance available.
How can a well-known travel platform treat customers like this? They take the money but fail to provide proper service. I’ve been waiting for my refund with no resolution in sight. If I do not receive my money soon, I will pursue legal action.
Hotels.com needs to take responsibility and issue my refund immediately. I urge anyone considering using this platform to think twice before booking!
